Project Title

“Machine Learning and Robotics”

The sponsored research project focuses on the application of Deep Learning, Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence for robust robotic manipulation.

Eligibility

Candidates must satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed under:

ANRF/OM/N-01/2024

Required Skills & Candidate Profile

Candidates with expertise or experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply:

• Strong foundation in Deep Learning and Computer Vision

• Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning

• Experience with Multimodal Models and World Models

• Development and deployment of ROS2-based robotics stacks

• GPU acceleration and model optimization

• Real-time inference

• Linux

• Git

• Software development best practices

• Edge AI deployment

Fellowship

INR 37,000 per month + 20% HRA

Duration

The initial appointment will be for 12 months.

The position may be extended further based on satisfactory performance and project requirements.
