The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Tirupati is inviting applications from Indian nationals for the position of Research Associate-1. This is a purely contractual role associated with a time-bound research project under the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF).

Eligibility and Remuneration
Criteria | Description |
Essential Qualification | Ph.D. degree in any area of Chemistry or related subjects. Candidates who have submitted their thesis and are awaiting the award of a Ph.D. degree may also apply. |
Desirable Experience | Experience in Metal and Organic Nanomaterial Synthesis and Characterization. Basic knowledge in Photophysical and Chiroptical investigations and Theoretical Simulations is highly preferred. |
Age Limit | Not more than 35 years as of the application closing date. |
Remuneration | INR 58,000 per month + 10% HRA (for candidates with a Ph.D. certificate). INR 42,000 per month + 10% HRA (for candidates whose Ph.D. thesis is submitted but degree is awaited). |
Tenure | Temporary for one year, with a possible extension for six months post a performance review. |
