The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Bhopal, Department of Mathematics, has invited applications from Indian nationals for the position of Research Associate-I (RA-I) under an Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) Advanced Research Grant project in the field of Mathematical Analysis.

This opportunity is ideal for researchers with a strong background in Mathematics who wish to contribute to cutting-edge research in Mathematical Analysis at one of India's premier research institutions.

Position Details

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess:

• Ph.D. in Mathematics from a recognized University/Institute.

• Research specialization in any topic related to Mathematical Analysis.

Note: Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis but whose degree has not yet been officially awarded are also eligible to apply. Such candidates may be offered a reduced salary as per applicable institute rules.

Age Limit

• Preference will be given to candidates below 35 years of age as on the last date of application submission.

Fellowship

• INR 58,000 per month

• House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per applicable institute rules.

Duration of Appointment

• Tenure: 09 Months
