Roles & Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

• Lead project implementation

• Coordinate with government stakeholders

• Design and oversee data collection activities

• Conduct policy analysis of government schemes

• Prepare high-quality research reports

• Develop policy recommendations for governance improvement

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification (Any One)

• PhD in:

  • Public Policy / Public Administration / Social Sciences / Economics

  • Development Studies / Social Work / Gender Studies / Statistics / Management
    OR

• M.Phil with minimum 60% marks + 3 years experience
  OR

• Master’s Degree (MA/MSc/MSW/MBA) with 60% marks + 5 years experience

Preference will be given to candidates from IITs/IIMs/NITs

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in:

  • Research

  • Policy analysis

  • Project management

Experience may be relaxed for PhD candidates if aligned with the role

Salary

• Negotiable

• Based on:

  • Qualifications

  • Experience

Duration

• 11 Months (Contractual)

• May be extended based on project requirements
