Position Overview

Research Focus

The selected Research Associates will support the Academy’s activities across:

• Academic research

• Case development

• Research publications

• Leadership-related academic initiatives

The role provides an opportunity to work closely with the Academy’s faculty leadership and other researchers.

Essential Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• A Postgraduate / Master’s Degree in:

  • Management

  • Law

  • Economics

  • Public Policy

  • Social Sciences

  • Other related disciplines

Candidates should also demonstrate:

• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to independently undertake literature reviews.

• Ability to collect and analyse information and data.

• Ability to contribute effectively to research outputs.

• Excellent English writing skills.

• Ability to write clearly, precisely and in an academic/professional style.

• Strong organisational skills.

• Attention to detail.

• Intellectual curiosity.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Desirable Qualifications

• Prior research experience in:

  • Academic institutions

  • Consulting

  • Legal environments

Key Responsibilities

Selected Research Associates will be expected to:

• Conduct literature reviews.

• Undertake data collection and analysis.

• Participate in interviews and field research.

• Prepare research notes and reports.

• Support the development of case studies and teaching/training materials.

• Contribute to academic publications.

• Assist in coordinating research projects.

• Support the Academy’s broader research and academic activities.

• Work closely with faculty leadership and other researchers.
