About the Role
The selected Research Assistant will contribute to ongoing research projects focused on digital transformation under the guidance of faculty members. The role offers exposure to high-quality academic research and practical research methodologies.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing and preparing research surveys
Data collection and extraction
Running large panel data models
Creating impactful data visualizations
Supporting research publications
Assisting with academic research activities related to digital technologies
Candidates interested in pursuing a Ph.D. in the future are strongly encouraged to apply.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with a degree in any of the following disciplines are preferred:
Management
Information Systems
Engineering
Computer Science
Mathematics
Social Sciences
Economics or related disciplines
Preferred Skills
Applicants having one or more of the following skills will be preferred:
Experience in organizational simulations
Proficiency in Python and R
Ability to manage, analyze, and visualize large datasets
Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Text Analytics
Strong background in secondary data analysis
Experience with econometric and statistical modelling
Prior experience working with panel datasets
Knowledge of Stata
