About the Project

The project primarily focuses on assisting faculty in:

• Conducting research and case writing projects

• Gathering and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative information

• Collecting information from public data, company reports, media articles, and interviews

• Structuring information into compelling case narratives that accurately capture managerial dilemmas and strategic contexts

• Developing teaching notes and supplementary case materials

The role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in management research, business case development, and academic writing.

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

• Support case writing research by gathering and analysing qualitative and quantitative data

• Conduct background research for case studies

• Assist in drafting, editing, and refining case materials

• Perform literature reviews and advanced statistical analyses as required

• Contribute to the preparation of teaching materials and supporting documents

• Collaborate with faculty members on research and publication activities

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should possess:

• A Master's degree in Management or related disciplines

Required Skills

Candidates should demonstrate:

• Strong research and academic writing skills, particularly in developing and drafting case materials

• Ability to gather, synthesise, and analyse information from multiple sources

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate research findings into clear and structured narratives

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in deriving insights from data

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

Desirable Skills

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• Prior experience in case writing, research projects, or related activities

• Familiarity with basic and advanced statistical analysis, business analytics, and data visualization

• Working knowledge of programming and spreadsheet tools such as:

  • Stata

  • R

  • Python

  • Microsoft Excel
