The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow), Noida Campus has invited applications for Research Associate positions on a contractual basis.

The appointments are initially for one year, extendable on a year-to-year basis based on satisfactory performance and institutional requirements.

Research Associate – Position 1

Qualification

Applicants should have:

• Awarded or submitted Ph.D. from a Japanese Studies Centre or a reputed institute/university

• Master’s degree completed in regular mode with a minimum of 60% marks

Experience

Previous experience working as a Research Associate is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will support activities of the India-Japan Centre, including:

• Research activities

• Preparation and publication of quarterly journals / white papers

• Organisation of seminars and workshops

• Communication with Japanese partner institutions and organisations

• Supporting regular activities related to the Centre

Research Associate – Position 2

Qualification

• Postgraduate degree from a reputed institute/university in regular mode

• Minimum 60% marks

Experience

Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in areas such as:

• Research

• Teaching

• Team coordination

• Liaison activities

• Digital and social media management

Candidates should also possess:

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Prior experience working in academic/research institutions and industry is desirable

• Experience handling digital media

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

The selected Research Associate will contribute to:

• Coordination of research activities

• Research publications

• Corporate communication

• Media management

• Institutional coordination and related activities

Nature of Appointment

The positions are purely contractual and initially offered for one year. Extension may be considered on a year-to-year basis depending on performance, institutional requirements and applicable norms.
