Essential Qualification

Applicants should possess either:

• A PhD in Economics, Agricultural Economics, or Statistics

OR

• A Master’s degree in Economics, Agricultural Economics, or Statistics

• A four or five-year Bachelor’s degree with first division or at least 60% marks or equivalent GPA

• At least three years of relevant experience

Relevant experience may include:

• Research

• Statistical data analysis

• Statistical tools

• Technology commercialisation

• Business development

• Fellowship, associateship, training, or similar research engagement

Candidates should also have at least one research paper in an SCI-indexed journal, a NAAS-rated journal with a rating of 4.0 or above, or an equivalent recognised publication.

Remuneration

For candidates with a Master’s degree:
INR 61,000 per month plus HRA

For candidates with a PhD:
INR 67,000 per month plus HRA

The remuneration will be governed by applicable ICAR guidelines.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview on:
