The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) has invited applications for multiple Research Fellow / Project Fellow and Research Associate / Project Associate positions for a drug development research project.

The selected candidates will work on the project “Research and Clinical Translation of Drug Activity in Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Driven by Biomarkers.”

Position Details

• Positions: Research Fellow / Project Fellow; Research Associate / Project Associate

• Appointment Period: 24 months initially, with possibility of further appointment

Key Responsibilities

The appointees will assist the Project Leader in research activities related to:

• Drug development

• Biomarker-driven clinical translation

• Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis research

• Research documentation and project support

Eligibility Criteria

Research Fellow / Project Fellow

Applicants should have:

• A doctoral degree

• At least 3 years of postdoctoral research experience or equivalent qualifications and experience

Research Associate / Project Associate

Applicants should have:

• A master’s degree or a good honours degree

• At least 3 years of research or relevant work experience
