Key Responsibilities
Research Design & Implementation
Lead and contribute to health systems research projects from conceptualization to completion
Design research protocols, methodologies, and data collection instruments
Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis using appropriate research methods
Ensure research quality, ethical compliance, and adherence to project timelines
Supervise and mentor research assistants and field teams
Grant Development & Fundraising
Identify funding opportunities aligned with Centre priorities
Support proposal writing and research grant development activities
Additional Expectations
Collaborate with Centre leadership, faculty members, and external partners
Translate research findings into policy-relevant outputs
Support healthcare management and policy research initiatives
