Key Responsibilities

Research Design & Implementation

  • Lead and contribute to health systems research projects from conceptualization to completion

  • Design research protocols, methodologies, and data collection instruments

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis using appropriate research methods

  • Ensure research quality, ethical compliance, and adherence to project timelines

  • Supervise and mentor research assistants and field teams

Grant Development & Fundraising

  • Identify funding opportunities aligned with Centre priorities

  • Support proposal writing and research grant development activities

Additional Expectations

  • Collaborate with Centre leadership, faculty members, and external partners

  • Translate research findings into policy-relevant outputs

  • Support healthcare management and policy research initiatives
