Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the JRF position should possess:

• M.Tech./M.E. in:

  • Food Process Engineering

  • Agricultural Processing

  • Processing and Food Engineering

  • Dairy and Food Engineering

  • Dairy & Food Technology and Technology

OR

• M.Sc. in relevant Livestock Product Technology specialization

Additionally:

• NET qualification preferred/relevant as per norms

Desirable Qualification

Preference will be given to candidates having experience in:

• Dairy and food product processing

• Product development and analysis

• 3D drawing creation and analysis

• Machine design and related technical expertise

Fellowship Details

Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be expected to:

• Assist in project-based research activities

• Participate in technology development and analysis

• Conduct research related to dairy and food processing systems

• Support machine design and product development work

• Contribute to field and laboratory activities
