Project Title:
Development of Quantum Dots-Based UV Photodetectors

Project Code: P-07/1341

The project aims to develop advanced UV photodetector technologies using quantum dots, contributing to cutting-edge research in nanomaterials, optoelectronics, and semiconductor device applications.

Essential Qualifications

Candidates must possess:

  • M.Sc. Degree in Physics with at least 55% marks.

  • Qualified NET/GATE examination.

Age Limit

  • Maximum age: 28 years

  • Relaxation up to 5 years for:

    • SC/ST candidates

    • Female candidates

    • Physically handicapped candidates

Reservations and relaxations will be applicable as per Government of India rules.

Desirable Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates having:

  • Research experience in Quantum Dots-Based Photodetectors.

  • Experience in semiconductor devices, nanomaterials, optoelectronics, or related research fields.

  • Knowledge of characterization techniques and advanced materials research.

Fellowship

INR 37,000 per month + HRA
