The institute is seeking an accomplished academic leader with extensive teaching, research, and administrative experience to lead the School of Pharmacy & Technology Management.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing academic leadership and strategic direction to the School.

• Ensuring institutional growth and quality enhancement.

• Planning, coordinating, and implementing academic programmes in accordance with UGC, PCI, AICTE, and other statutory regulations.

• Leading accreditation, quality assurance, and academic administration activities.

• Strengthening industry collaborations and improving placement opportunities.

• Working closely with the Dean/Director of the Campus for institutional development.

• Attracting reputed academicians and professionals to the institution.

• Managing long-term and short-term academic programmes in Pharmacy.

Essential Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Ph.D. in Pharmacy from a reputed university/institution.

• First Class Master's Degree in Pharmacy.

• First Class Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.

Experience Required

Candidates must have:

• Minimum 15 years of teaching, research, and academic experience.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Professor, Head of Department (HOD), or equivalent academic leadership role.

• Experience in reputed PCI-approved/recognized Pharmacy institutions.

• Strong administrative and institutional leadership experience.

Desirable Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• Teaching, industrial research, or professional experience in reputed organizations.

• A strong record of:

  • Research publications

  • Patents filed or granted

  • Books and technical reports

• Experience in academic administration, accreditation, and institutional development.

Skills Required

Ideal candidates should demonstrate:

• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, students, industry, and regulatory bodies.

• Expertise in academic planning, governance, and quality assurance.
