PCET's Pimpri Chinchwad University (PCU) is inviting applications from visionary academic leaders for the prestigious position of Dean - Academics. This is a prime opportunity for experienced academic administrators to shape the educational framework and drive institutional excellence.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive academic policy development and ensure its effective implementation.

• Manage governance and overall academic administration.

• Lead curriculum innovation and upgradation in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

• Monitor and maintain high academic quality and teaching standards.

• Oversee academic operations across all university departments.

• Provide robust support and strategic direction for accreditation (NAAC, NBA) and institutional rankings (NIRF).

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

• Essential: Ph.D. from a recognized institution.

Experience Requirements:

• Essential: A minimum of 15 years of academic experience.

• Leadership: At least 5 years of experience in academic administration roles or working as a Professor.

• Desirable: Candidates with prior experience in NAAC "A" grade (or higher) institutions will be highly preferred. Preference will also be given to candidates coming from top 100 NIRF-ranked institutions.
