Position Details

• Designation: Dean / Associate Dean (Psychology)

• Location: Gurugram, Haryana

• Nature of Appointment: Full-Time (On-Campus)

• Reporting To: Vice Chancellor / Academic Leadership

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

1. Academic Leadership & Governance

   • Strategic academic planning and curriculum development

   • Faculty recruitment, mentoring, and performance oversight

   • Implementation of academic policies and regulatory compliance

2. Research & Innovation

   • Strengthening research culture and publication output

   • Encouraging interdisciplinary collaborations and funded research

   • Establishing research partnerships with academic and industry bodies

3. Quality Assurance & Accreditation

   • Leading NAAC / IQAC processes and documentation

   • Ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks and accreditation standards

   • Institutional development and continuous academic improvement

4. Faculty & Student Development

   • Enhancing teaching-learning processes

   • Supporting student success initiatives

   • Promoting ethical academic practices and institutional values

Eligibility Criteria

• PhD in Psychology from a recognized university

• Specialization in Applied Psychology / Behavioral Sciences preferred

• Minimum 12–15 years of academic experience in teaching and research

• Proven experience in academic administration and leadership roles

• Strong publication record in reputed peer-reviewed journals desirable
