Fellowship Responsibilities
Selected fellows will:
Pursue an independent humanities research project.
Participate fully in the Whitney Humanities Center's academic programmes and events.
Attend and engage in the WHC Fellows Forum, held during the spring semester.
Contribute to an interdisciplinary community of humanities scholars.
Engage with Yale faculty, researchers, and students throughout the fellowship period.
Fellowship Benefits
The selected fellow will receive:
Appointment at the rank of Visiting Fellow.
A taxable allowance of USD 12,000 to support residency in New Haven, Connecticut.
Access to Yale University's archives, libraries, and research resources.
Dedicated office space in the Humanities Quadrangle.

Residency Requirement
The Faculty Research Fellow is expected to:
Be in residence in New Haven, Connecticut, for the entire duration of the fellowship.
Participate actively in the intellectual life of the Whitney Humanities Center.
Conduct research without any teaching obligations during the fellowship period.
Funding Support
This fellowship is made possible through funding provided by the ASCEND Initiative as part of the Faculty Research Fellowship Program, supporting scholarly advancement and fostering collaboration among humanities researchers.
