Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Academic Delivery: Design, coordinate, and deliver advanced lectures, elective modules, and specialized workshops across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

• Pedagogical Innovation: Implement contemporary teaching methodologies, case studies, and practical lab sessions to elevate student engagement and learning outcomes.

• Assessment & Mentorship: Structure continuous evaluation frameworks, design rigorous assessments, and provide academic guidance or project mentorship to student cohorts.

• Collaboration: Interact with core departmental faculty to align course content with cutting-edge industry trends and institutional benchmarks.

Desired Profile & Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Background: Ph.D. or Master's degree in the relevant discipline/specialization from a premier national or international institution, backed by a strong academic record.

• Professional Expertise: Significant domain expertise, with strong working knowledge of contemporary tools, frameworks, and methodologies within the respective field.

• Teaching/Industry Track: Prior experience in delivering executive training, university-level courses, or substantial high-level industry exposure is highly prioritized.

• Core Competencies: Exceptional communication skills, a student-centric mentoring approach, and a strong commitment to academic excellence.
