Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

• Participate in the chair’s teaching activities.

• Prepare and deliver lectures and academic sessions.

• Assess assignments and support examinations.

• Contribute to research projects undertaken by the chair.

• Support administrative responsibilities within the chair and faculty.

• Pursue further academic qualification, usually a doctorate.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should possess:

• An excellent diploma or master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field.

• Academic specialisation in accounting, auditing or taxation.

• A strong interest in research and teaching.

• Sound knowledge of regulation and empirical research methods relevant to accounting, auditing or taxation.

• Very good German and English language skills.

• Strong teamwork, flexibility, initiative and organisational abilities.

Appointment Information

The position will initially be offered for three years, with the possibility of extension. The appointment is intended to support the successful candidate’s academic and professional development, including the completion of a doctoral qualification.
