The Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar (IIT Gandhinagar) invites applications for 01 temporary Project Scientist position under the Silicon and Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Research and Training Hub (SAMARTH) project in the Department of Electrical Engineering.

Position Overview

Project Title

“Silicon and Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Research and Training Hub (SAMARTH)”

The selected Project Scientist will contribute to research and development activities associated with advanced silicon and semiconductor manufacturing technologies under the SAMARTH initiative at IIT Gandhinagar.

Candidates must satisfy the eligibility requirements prescribed under IIT Gandhinagar Institute norms for the Project Scientist position.

Fellowship / Remuneration

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration ranging from INR 60,000 to INR 1,25,000, including HRA.
