Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) invites applications for the position of Academic Assistant in the Research Seminar Series Office at its Lucknow campus. Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing and coordinating all activities of the Research Seminar Series Office.

• Planning and executing seminar schedules and maintaining seminar records, reports, and logistics.

• Coordinating with faculty members, guest speakers, institutions, and internal stakeholders.

• Managing the seminar's digital presence through the Content Management System (CMS).

• Assisting the Chairperson, Research Seminar Series, in planning, scheduling, and other assigned tasks.

• Ensuring smooth communication among participants, faculty, and invited speakers.

Essential Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Postgraduate degree/MBA from a recognized university or institution with a minimum of 60% marks.

• Maximum age: 35 years as on 1 July 2026.

Desirable Skills

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.

• Prior experience in event management, academic administration, or coordination.

• Excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines.

Salary

• INR 40,000 per month (Consolidated) plus HRA, as applicable under institute norms.
