The School of Humanities and Global Studies at the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point maintains an ongoing, continuous recruitment pool for Instructional Academic Staff across multiple academic departments.
Selected instructors will deliver introductory and upper-level undergraduate courses on an as-needed basis across fall, spring, or summer terms in face-to-face, hybrid, or online modalities.

Key Responsibilities & Instructional Duties
Deliver high-quality undergraduate instruction adhering to established departmental learning outcomes.
Develop course syllabi, design assignments, grade student assessments, and maintain grade records via Canvas LMS.
Hold regular scheduled office hours to provide academic support and guidance to students.
Collaborate with departmental chairs and faculty colleagues on curriculum alignment.
Qualifications & Candidate Profile
Minimum Education: Master's degree (M.A., M.S., or equivalent) in the respective subject discipline (History, English, Philosophy, Religious Studies, or a closely related field) from an accredited institution. Ph.D. or terminal degree preferred.

Lecturer / Senior Lecturer: Commensurate with prior collegiate teaching experience, demonstrated teaching excellence, and advanced standing.
