🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications (As per AICTE Norms)

Assistant Professor – MMS Program

• Level 10 (Entry Pay ₹57,700/-): Freshers can apply

• Level 11 – Senior Scale (Entry Pay ₹68,900/-): Minimum 3 years of teaching / research / industry experience

• Level 12 – Selection Grade (Entry Pay ₹79,800/-): Minimum 6 years of teaching / research / industry experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

• Master’s Degree in MBA / PGDM / CA / ICWA / M.Com with First Class or equivalent

• Ph.D. preferred (candidates pursuing Ph.D. may also apply)

Associate Professor – MMS Program

• Level 13A1 (Entry Pay ₹1,31,400/-)

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in relevant discipline

• Minimum 8 years of teaching / research / industry experience

• At least 6 research publications in SCI / UGC / AICTE approved journals

Professor – MMS Program

• Level 14 (Entry Pay ₹1,44,200/-)

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in relevant discipline

• Minimum 10 years of teaching / research / industry experience

• At least 6 research publications at Associate Professor level

• Minimum 2 successful Ph.D. scholars guided as Supervisor / Co-supervisor

• Prior industry exposure

• Experience in teaching postgraduate management students

• Strong communication skills

• Proficiency in technology-enabled teaching

• Research publications in Scopus / Web of Science / ABDC journals within the last 5 years will be an added advantage
