Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research (WeSchool) is currently inviting applications from distinguished academicians and experienced industry professionals for full-time, visiting, and adjunct faculty positions. This recruitment drive aims to strengthen the academic framework across its Mumbai and Bengaluru campuses for the PGDM and MMS programs.

Eligibility & Qualification Criteria

• Core Qualifications: Educational background and experience must strictly align with standard AICTE requirements for management faculty.

• Academic Excellence: Candidates holding a Ph.D. in their respective domains will be given strong preference.

• Experience: Applicants must demonstrate substantial teaching experience at the Post-Graduate level. Alternatively, candidates with significant, relevant corporate/industry leadership experience are encouraged to apply.

• Research Capabilities: A strong track record of recent publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals (specifically Scopus or ABDC-listed) will be considered a major added advantage.

Remuneration

• Salary, benefits, and allowances will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience, strictly adhering to AICTE/UGC norms.

• Remuneration will not be a constraint for highly deserving and exceptionally qualified candidates.
