Teaching Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be expected to teach four classes per semester in Management and related business areas.

Key Responsibilities

The appointed lecturer will be expected to:

• Deliver high-quality undergraduate teaching

• Prepare course materials, assessments, and learning activities

• Maintain regular office hours and respond to students through electronic communication

• Support student engagement, success, and academic development

• Attend orientation programmes and required departmental, college, and institutional meetings

• Contribute to instructional excellence and programme delivery

• Participate in relevant academic and service activities

Candidate Profile

Applicants should demonstrate:

• Relevant academic qualifications in Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline

• Strong commitment to teaching and student success

• Effective communication and classroom-management skills

• Ability to engage students in face-to-face or technology-supported learning

• Willingness to contribute to a collaborative academic environment

Relevant professional or higher-education teaching experience will be an advantage.
