Applications are invited from scholars working in the following areas:

• Labour economics or the transformation of labour markets, with a strong background in applied econometrics.

• Computational economics or machine learning.

• International political economy, geoeconomics or international trade.

Eligibility and Academic Profile

Applicants must:

• Hold a PhD in Economics.

• Have an outstanding and internationally recognised research profile.

• Demonstrate excellence through publications in leading international journals.

• Possess research credentials appropriate to the W3 professorial level.

• Demonstrate strong academic leadership skills.

• Be committed to excellent teaching and student supervision.

Teaching Responsibilities

Successful candidates will contribute to teaching and supervision within the Department of Economics and the Bonn Graduate School of Economics.

Graduate-level teaching is conducted in English, while undergraduate courses may be offered in either English or German. (Universität Bonn)
