About the Role
The successful candidate will:
Design, teach, and assess postgraduate subjects in Social Change Leadership.
Advance research on Indigenous social change and leadership.
Support Fellows' community-led projects and long-term leadership journeys.
Collaborate across the University of Melbourne and the Global Atlantic Fellows Network.
Build an internationally recognised academic and impact profile through teaching, research, and engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality postgraduate teaching and curriculum development.
Conduct impactful research related to Indigenous social equity and leadership.
Mentor and support diverse cohorts of experienced Fellows.
Foster collaborative partnerships across academic and community settings.
Contribute to leadership development initiatives and community engagement programmes.
