The University of Melbourne is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the position of Lecturer, Indigenous Social Equity and Leadership. This is a full-time continuing academic position designed to support teaching, research, and leadership in Indigenous social change and community-led initiatives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will:

• Design, teach, and assess postgraduate subjects in Social Change Leadership.

• Advance research on Indigenous social change and leadership.

• Support Fellows' community-led projects and long-term leadership journeys.

• Collaborate across the University of Melbourne and the Global Atlantic Fellows Network.

• Build an internationally recognised academic and impact profile through teaching, research, and engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality postgraduate teaching and curriculum development.

• Conduct impactful research related to Indigenous social equity and leadership.

• Mentor and support diverse cohorts of experienced Fellows.

• Foster collaborative partnerships across academic and community settings.

• Contribute to leadership development initiatives and community engagement programmes.
