About the Position

The University of Auckland Business School is seeking an outstanding academic to join its internationally recognized Department of Management and International Business (MIB). The successful candidate will contribute to high-quality teaching, impactful research, and academic leadership within Organisation Studies.

The department offers undergraduate, postgraduate, executive education, and Ph.D. programmes across five disciplinary areas, providing an excellent environment for interdisciplinary collaboration and research excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching in Organisation Studies and related subjects.

• Conduct internationally recognized research leading to publications in high-impact journals.

• Supervise postgraduate and doctoral research students.

• Develop innovative teaching methods and curriculum.

• Contribute to departmental administration and academic service.

• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary research initiatives and external partnerships.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should possess:

• A Ph.D. in Organisation Studies, Management, Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, or a closely related discipline.
