Essential Qualifications

Applicants must possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA)/PGDM with First Class or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience after obtaining the Master's degree.

• Candidates with a PhD will be preferred.

Salary

Selected candidates will receive:

• Fixed Monthly Emoluments: ₹80,000 per month

• No additional allowances will be admissible.

Selection Process

• Shortlisting will be based on UGC Regulations, 2018 (Appendix II, Table 3A).

• Final selection will be based on performance in the interview.

• Relevant UGC/AICTE/NCTE regulations regarding qualifications and screening will apply.
