Due to a growing student population and the expansion of our core and elective course offerings to meet modern industry standards, we are currently seeking qualified individuals for full-time faculty positions across multiple disciplines.

The specific requirements and desired candidate profiles for these roles are detailed below based on the information in THIA.png:

Open Positions & Desired Profiles

• Operations and Supply Chain Management

  • Candidates should be engineers with a post-graduation degree in management from a reputed B-school.

  • Applicants should hold a doctorate or be at an advanced stage of completing one.

• Human Resource Management

  • Candidates should possess a doctorate along with an MBA/PGDM from a reputed B-school.

  • Applicants should hold a doctorate or be at an advanced stage of completing one.

• Finance & Accounts

  • Candidates should either hold a doctorate and an MBA/PGDM, or be a Chartered Accountant with extensive industry experience.

  • Applicants should hold a doctorate or be at an advanced stage of completing one.

• Data Science & Business Analytics / Quantitative Techniques

  • Candidates should have a doctorate in applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Decision Sciences.

  • This should be preceded by an MSc or MBA/PGDM with a specialization in quantitative techniques.

  • Applicants should hold a doctorate or be at an advanced stage of completing one.

• Marketing

  • Candidates should possess a doctorate along with an MBA/PGDM from a reputed B-school.

  • Applicants should hold a doctorate or be at an advanced stage of completing one.
