Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• A full-time PhD in a relevant discipline from a reputed university or business school (AACSB / EQUIS / AMBA accredited preferred)

• Strong undergraduate and postgraduate teaching experience

• Demonstrated record of student engagement and positive evaluations

• Research capability with potential for high-quality publications

• Practical industry experience in international business (highly desirable)

• Commitment to mentoring student-led ventures and startups
