Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Teaching postgraduate courses in Commerce and Management.

• Coordinating and developing academic programmes.

• Promoting research and innovation within the department.

• Mentoring students and research scholars.

• Supporting curriculum development and academic quality enhancement.

Essential Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• Ph.D. with a First Class Master's Degree in:

  • Business Management

  • Business Administration

  • Or a relevant management discipline.

OR

• A consistently good academic record with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in:

  • Master's Degree in Business Management/Administration or a related discipline, or

  • Two-year full-time PGDM declared equivalent by AIU and recognized by AICTE/UGC.

OR

• First Class graduate with professional qualifications such as:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)

  • Cost and Works Accountant (CMA/ICWA)

  • Company Secretary (CS)

along with:

• Ph.D. or Fellow of an Indian Institute of Management (IIM) or an AICTE-recognized institution declared equivalent by AIU.

Experience Required

Applicants should have:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching, industry, research, or professional practice.

• At least 5 years should be at the level of Reader/Associate Professor or an equivalent position (excluding the period spent obtaining the research degree).

Candidates from industry should also possess an excellent academic background along with significant professional achievements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong teaching and research credentials.

• Experience in curriculum development and academic administration.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.

• Publications in reputed journals and contributions to research and innovation.
