Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Teaching postgraduate courses in Commerce and Management.

• Conducting quality research and publishing in reputed journals.

• Mentoring students and guiding academic projects.

• Supporting curriculum development and departmental academic activities.

• Contributing to institutional growth through research, innovation, and professional engagement.

Essential Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• Ph.D. with a minimum 55% marks in a Master's Degree in:

  • Business Management

  • Business Administration

  • Or a relevant management discipline.

• A consistently good academic record with First Class (or equivalent grade) in:

  • Master's Degree in Business Management/Administration or a related discipline, or

  • Two-year full-time PGDM from an institution recognized by AICTE/UGC.

Experience Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (excluding the period spent obtaining the Ph.D.) – preferred.

• At least 2 SCI publications in refereed journals.

Desirable Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• Teaching, research, industrial, or professional experience in reputed organizations.

• Research papers presented at conferences.

• Publications in reputed journals.

• Books, technical reports, patents filed or granted, and other scholarly contributions.

Alternative Eligibility (Industry Candidates)

Professionals from the industry may also apply if they possess:

• A consistently good academic record with First Class Master's Degree or equivalent PGDM recognized by AICTE/UGC.

• Minimum 10 years of managerial-level professional experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
