About the Role
The successful candidate will support the development and delivery of two new master's programmes:
Advanced Management (Healthcare Technologies)
Advanced Management (Sports, Business and Leadership)
The role contributes to Swansea University's strategic initiatives in sport, health, wellbeing, and enterprise, helping address emerging skills requirements across industries and communities.
The position forms part of the university's wider efforts to establish an Innovation Skills Centre of Excellence for Sport, Health and Wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
The appointed Lecturer will:
Develop and deliver postgraduate teaching across relevant programmes.
Design innovative learning materials and teaching activities.
Support curriculum development and programme enhancement initiatives.
Contribute to interdisciplinary teaching and collaborative projects.
Engage with students through mentoring and academic support.
Participate in assessment, evaluation, and quality assurance activities.
