Roles and Responsibilities

The selected Assistant Professor will contribute to the institute's ecosystem through the following mandates:

• Academic Delivery: Teach across the institute's diverse full-time and executive management programmes.

• Scholastic Research: Engage in high-quality research aiming for publications in leading academic journals.

• Institutional Alignment: Responsible for teaching, monitoring, advising, and providing required research and operational services aligned with the institute's mission and vision.

Desired Profile & Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Background: Ph.D. with a First Class in the preceding degree (or equivalent degree) from IIMs or other national institutes of repute.

• Specialization Track: Core specialization in the Business Ethics & Law area.

• Scholastic Standing: Must maintain an excellent academic record throughout.

• Thesis Status: Candidates who have successfully defended their doctoral thesis are also eligible to apply.

• Experience Parameters: A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience at IIMs or other peer management institutes in India is highly preferable.
