The Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology (RGIPT), an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India, is inviting applications for faculty positions. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

• Essential: Ph.D. with a First Class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch, with a consistently good academic record throughout.

Experience Requirements:

• Assistant Professor (Grade-II): Fresh Ph.D. holders or those with less than 3 years of post-Ph.D. experience.

• Assistant Professor (Grade-I): Minimum 3 years of teaching/research/industrial experience after completing a Ph.D.

• Associate Professor: Minimum 6 years of teaching/research/industrial experience, of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor.

• Professor: Minimum 10 years of experience, of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor, with a proven track record of guiding Ph.D. students, high-impact publications, and sponsored research.
