Eligibility Criteria

Professor

Applicants should possess:

• Ph.D. with First Class (or equivalent) in Management/Business Administration or a relevant discipline.

• Minimum 10 SCI/UGC-listed peer-reviewed publications.

• Minimum Research Score of 120.

• Successful supervision of at least two doctoral candidates.

• Relevant teaching, research, and academic leadership experience as per UGC/AICTE norms.

Associate Professor

Candidates should have:

• Ph.D. with an excellent academic record.

• Strong publication profile in reputed journals.

• Significant teaching, research, and industry/academic experience as prescribed by UGC/AICTE regulations.

• Demonstrated contribution to research, consultancy, or academic development.

Assistant Professor

Applicants should possess:

• Ph.D. or qualifications as prescribed by UGC/AICTE norms.

• Excellent academic background in Management or related disciplines.

• Strong interest in teaching, research, and scholarly publications.

• Ability to contribute to curriculum development and student mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be expected to:

• Deliver high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.

• Conduct impactful research and publish in reputed journals.

• Guide student projects, dissertations, and doctoral research (where applicable).

• Develop innovative curriculum and teaching methodologies.
