Essential Qualification

Applicants should possess:

• A PhD in a relevant discipline

• First Class in a Master’s degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field

Research Requirements

Candidates should have:

• A minimum of 10 SCI publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals

• A minimum research score of 120

• Successfully guided at least two doctoral candidates

Experience Required

Applicants should possess approximately 10–15 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry.

At least three years of experience should be at a level equivalent to Associate Professor.

Eligibility for Industry Professionals

Candidates from industry or professional practice may also be considered, provided they possess:

• A PhD with First Class in a Master’s degree in Business Management, Administration, or a relevant discipline

OR

• A PhD with First Class in a two-year full-time PGDM recognised by AICTE or UGC and declared equivalent by the Association of Indian Universities

Expected Responsibilities

The selected Professor may be expected to:

• Deliver high-quality teaching at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels

• Conduct and publish impactful research

• Guide doctoral scholars and student research

• Contribute to curriculum and programme development

• Support accreditation and academic-quality initiatives

• Mentor junior faculty members

• Participate in institutional leadership and administration

• Build academic and industry collaborations

• Support consultancy, executive education, and professional engagement
