Eligibility Criteria & Job Description

Candidates must satisfy the primary essential conditions OR fulfill the alternative preferred research track conditions listed below.

i. Essential Requirements

• Education: A Ph.D. is mandatory. Additionally, candidates must have a minimum of 55% marks in their Master’s Degree in English / Communication / Linguistics / Journalism or a highly relevant discipline.

• National Level Tests: The candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, or a SLET/SET accredited by the UGC.

• Research Publications: A minimum of 2 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals is strictly required.

• Language Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

• Experience: Teaching or training experience is preferred (ideally 03 years).

Alternative / Desirable Conditions

Without prejudice to the standard essential criteria listed above, the following profile qualifications may also be actively considered desirable:

• Experience Track: Ph.D. preferred coupled with 2 years of professional experience.

• Conference Presentations: The candidate has presented at least two research papers based on his/her Ph.D. work in professional conferences or academic seminars.
