Candidate Profile

NMIMS is seeking candidates with:

• Relevant academic and/or industry experience

• Strong scholarly aptitude

• Ability to teach postgraduate-level Management programmes

• Demonstrated teaching capabilities

• Relevant subject expertise

• Preferably a Ph.D. qualification

Candidates with significant industry experience and exposure to teaching may also be considered for Adjunct Faculty positions, subject to institutional requirements.

Qualification for Professor

Candidates applying at the Professor level should possess:

• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline

• First Class or equivalent grade in a Master’s degree in Business Management / Administration or a relevant discipline

• Strong academic, teaching and research credentials appropriate to the Professor level

Faculty Responsibilities

Depending on the academic level, selected candidates may contribute to:

• Teaching postgraduate Management courses

• Curriculum and course development

• Research and academic publications

• Student mentoring and supervision

• Academic and institutional activities

• Industry engagement and applied learning

• Development of contemporary teaching and research initiatives
