Muscat College is inviting applications from qualified and motivated academicians for faculty roles across Business & Accounting disciplines and Mathematics. These positions are ideal for candidates who combine effective teaching with research, academic advising, and curriculum development.

Role Overview

Across these roles, the faculty member is expected to:

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions as per approved academic programmes

• Prepare and update course materials (lesson plans, handouts, presentations, learning resources)

• Support curriculum design, review, and quality assurance processes

• Conduct student assessment aligned with approved policies and grading schemes

• Provide academic advising, mentoring, and student support

• Supervise undergraduate projects and, where applicable, postgraduate research/dissertations

• Engage in research, consultancy, and professional development activities

Eligibility and Preferred Profile (as per JD)

Essential

• PhD in Business Administration or a related discipline from a recognised institution

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate level (or relevant fields)

Desirable

• Professional certifications in management/business or related areas

• Publications in Scopus Q1 indexed journals

• Experience teaching postgraduate modules

• Industry/consultancy experience within Oman or the GCC region
