Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance curriculum and learning experiences.

• Supervise postgraduate research students and contribute to research leadership activities.

• Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners on impactful projects.

• Contribute to departmental educational, research, and administrative initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should possess:

• A strong academic background and expertise in Employment Relations/Future of Work.

• An excellent record of publications in top-tier refereed journals.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct independent and collaborative research.

• Proven teaching excellence in a tertiary education environment.

• Experience in curriculum development and engaging diverse student cohorts.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

For Senior Lecturer (Level C) applicants, desirable attributes include:
