Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

• Develop and deliver engaging criminology teaching materials and curricula.

• Coordinate subjects and prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, and workshops.

• Provide academic support and guidance to undergraduate and postgraduate students.

• Undertake high-quality research and contribute to scholarly publications.

• Supervise honours and postgraduate research projects.

• Participate in curriculum development, assessment, and academic administration.

• Contribute to faculty and school committees and professional service activities.

• Foster collaborative relationships with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should possess:

• A doctoral qualification in Criminology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional standing and accreditation.

• Demonstrated tertiary teaching experience and a strong commitment to student engagement and learning.

• Experience in curriculum and subject development.

• Strong research capability, including statistical analysis and manuscript preparation skills.

• A record of refereed research publications and scholarly activity.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse academic environments.
