Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) has invited eligible candidates to attend walk-in interviews for the engagement of Assistant Professors on a contractual, short-term and purely temporary basis. Eligibility Criteria

History, Political Science, Economics, Urdu and English

Candidates should possess:

• A postgraduate degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.

• A B.Ed. degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.

• NET, SLET/SET or a Ph.D. in Education or the relevant subject, as prescribed by the University Grants Commission.

• The required knowledge of Urdu as specified in the official notification.

An M.Ed. or M.Ed. with specialisation and a Ph.D. in Education will be considered desirable. (Maulana Azad National Urdu University)

Educational Studies

Candidates should possess:

• A postgraduate degree in Education, namely M.Ed., with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.

• NET, SLET/SET, Ph.D. in Education or another qualification prescribed by the UGC.

• The required knowledge of Urdu.

A master’s degree in Psychology, Philosophy, Sociology or an allied subject is desirable. (Maulana Azad National Urdu University)

• Experience certificates, where applicable
