Key Responsibilities & Areas of Focus

• Pedagogical Leadership: Lead curriculum innovation, innovative teaching strategies, and technology-enhanced learning across management studies.

• Instructional Delivery: Teach core and specialized modules across undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education levels.

• Practice-Led Scholarship: Engage in scholarship related to higher education pedagogy, management learning, and professional business practice.

• Student Experience & Employability: Drive student engagement, curriculum decolonisation/diversification, and work-integrated learning initiatives.

• Academic Citizenship: Contribute to school governance, programme directorship, peer mentoring, and external accreditation activities (e.g., AACSB, AMBA, Small Business Charter).

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• Educational Background: Doctoral degree (Ph.D. / Ed.D. / DBA) in Management, Higher Education, or a related field, or equivalent substantial professional and leadership standing.

• Teaching & Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated excellence in higher education teaching with sustained leadership in curriculum design, programme development, and pedagogical innovation.

• Professional Recognition: Senior Fellowship of Advance HE (SFHEA) or eligibility and willingness to achieve equivalent professional standing.

• Industry & Practice Engagement: Track record of connecting classroom learning with real-world business practice, executive training, or industry partnerships.
