Essential Qualifications

Professor

Applicants should possess:

• Ph.D. degree in the relevant/allied/applied discipline

• Excellent academic record with high-quality published work

• Minimum 10 research publications in peer-reviewed/Scopus/Web of Science/JAI indexed journals

• Total research score of 120 as per UGC Regulations, 2018

• Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience at university or equivalent national-level institutions

• Evidence of successfully guided doctoral candidates

OR

• Outstanding professional contribution in the relevant discipline supported by documentary evidence from industry/academic institutions

Associate Professor

Applicants should possess:

• Good academic record with Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied discipline

• Master’s degree with at least 55% marks

• Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience

• Minimum 7 publications in peer-reviewed/Scopus/Web of Science/JAI indexed journals

• Research score of 75 as per UGC Regulations, 2018

Assistant Professor

Applicants should possess:

• Master’s degree with minimum 55% marks in the relevant discipline

• Cleared NET conducted by UGC/CSIR or equivalent accredited test

• Candidates awarded Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations may be exempted from NET/SLET/SET requirements
