Eligibility Criteria

Experience Requirements

Assistant Professor (Grade II – Contract)

• No prior teaching or research experience required.

Assistant Professor (Grade I)

• Minimum 3 years of teaching, research, or industry experience.

Associate Professor

• Minimum 6 years of experience, including at least 3 years at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent.

Professor

• Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 4 years at the level of Associate Professor or equivalent in institutions such as IIMs, IITs, IISERs, NITs, IIITs, or similar premier institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Selected faculty members will be expected to:

• Teach across postgraduate, doctoral, and executive programmes.

• Publish research in leading international journals.

• Supervise doctoral scholars and research projects.

• Participate in curriculum development and academic administration.

• Deliver executive education programmes and consultancy assignments.

• Contribute to institutional development and academic leadership.
