Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should possess:

• Ph.D. or equivalent degree in the relevant discipline.

• Strong academic background with an excellent research record.

• Publications in ABDC/ABS indexed journals.

• Commitment to teaching, research, and academic excellence.

Experience Requirements

Assistant Professor (Contract)

• No prior teaching or research experience required.

Assistant Professor (Grade I)

• Minimum 3 years of teaching, research, or industry experience after Ph.D.

Associate Professor

• Minimum 6 years of experience, including at least 3 years at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent.

Professor

• Minimum 10 years of teaching, research, or industry experience, including at least 4 years at the level of Associate Professor or equivalent at premier institutions such as IIMs, IITs, IISERs, NITs, IIITs, or similar institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be expected to:

• Deliver high-quality teaching across postgraduate and executive programmes.

• Conduct impactful research and publish in leading international journals.

• Guide doctoral scholars and research projects.

• Participate in curriculum development and academic administration.

• Contribute to executive education, consultancy, and institutional development initiatives.
