The Indian Institute of Management Raipur (IIM Raipur) invites applications from highly qualified, motivated, and research-oriented scholars for Regular (Tenure Track) Faculty Positions. The Institute follows a rolling advertisement model, allowing eligible candidates to apply at any time during the year. Applications will be reviewed periodically.

Role & Responsibilities

Faculty members at IIM Raipur are expected to:

• Teach and design courses at postgraduate and doctoral levels

• Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed journals

• Engage in training programmes, consultancy, and institution building

• Contribute to academic administration and curriculum development

• Mentor students and collaborate in interdisciplinary research initiatives

Minimum Qualification (Applicable to All Positions)

• Ph.D. in the relevant discipline

• First Class or equivalent at the preceding degree

• Excellent academic record throughout

Experience Requirements

Professor

• Minimum 10 years of post-Ph.D. academic experience

• Experience must be from IIMs, IITs, IISc, IISERs, or equivalent Indian/foreign institutions

• At least 4 years at the level of Associate Professor

Associate Professor

• Minimum 6 years of post-Ph.D. academic experience

• At least 3 years at Assistant Professor (Grade I / Level 12 or above)

Assistant Professor (Grade I & II)

• Fresh Ph.D./FPM graduates may be considered for Grade II (Level 10)

• Candidates with prior academic experience may be considered for Grade II or Grade I, depending on relevance and duration of experience

Pay Scale & Compensation (7th CPC)

The pay includes all central government allowances applicable at Raipur.
