Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following academic requirements:

• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline from a recognized university or institution.

• First Class or equivalent in the preceding degree.

• Excellent academic record and demonstrated research potential.

• Strong publication record in peer-reviewed Web of Science Q1/Q2 indexed journals.

Candidates are expected to actively engage in:

Experience Requirements

Professor

• Ph.D. or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline

• Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience

• At least 4 years as Associate Professor at a reputed institution

• Preferable age limit: 50 years

Associate Professor

• Ph.D. or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 6 years of teaching/research experience

• At least 3 years as Assistant Professor (Grade I)

• Preferable age limit: 45 years

Experience may be relaxed for exceptionally outstanding candidates with high-impact research publications.

Salary and Pay Scale

The pay structure follows Government of India and Ministry of Education guidelines under the 7th Pay Commission.

Professor

• Pay Level: Level 14A

• Salary: INR 1,59,100 – INR 2,20,200

• Entry Pay: INR 1,59,100

Associate Professor

• Pay Level: Level 13A2

• Salary: INR 1,39,600 – INR 2,11,300

• Entry Pay: INR 1,39,600

Selection Process

The selection process includes:

Candidates shortlisted for campus interviews will receive economy class airfare reimbursement within India as per institute norms.
